Tonight we stopped into the new thrift store and Isaac spotted this piano right away. |
He asked if he could play it and they helped him plug it in. After a few min he had a crowd watching him. The piano was $175, so I asked if they would take $150. They said no. A lady heard me ask and she came up to me and said she wanted to put $25 on the piano for Isaac. She said she sees that he has a gift and she really wanted him to have the piano. Her husband came over and we talked for about an hour waiting for Rody to get out of his class and come get the piano. They were the sweetest couple ever! By the end of the hour, we became facebook friends, they decided to come check out our church, and we all hugged goodbye when they left. Rody got there after they left so he didnt get to meet them! The guy is friends with Rodys cousin Kimberly and he is also friends with Pastor Murphy. I felt so good after meeting them, and cant wait til they visit our church and get to meet Rody and my parents. We got home and changed Isaacs room around to fit the piano. Isaac found the piano for sale at Guitar Center for $499.00 so he is really happy we got such a good deal.
What a fun night it turned out to be!

As Isaac was sitting there a lady came up to us and handed us this brochure and said "I drew this as he was playing". I thought that was so cool. She said she is a local artist and just had to draw him. |
|
Isaac sent them a little video message on facebook thanking them for helping him get the keyboard. It was so sweet! |
So amazing how God moves on people's hearts. God had definitely given Isaac amazing talent playing the piano. I love listening to him. What a nice couple to do that.
