This morning I couldn't sleep, got up at 8am, that's super early for me. haha We watched church online on the living room tv and the kids watched kids church in our room on our tv.
The kids and I went to the dollar store, I had to get some stuff for Elf on the shelf, I got 12 more days of this crap haha. I'm happy to see the kids so excited in the morning, that's what keeps me going. lol They both brought a couple bucks to spend. I figured that would keep them busy and distracted from what I was getting, and it did.
I was getting gas, and noticed my tire was really low again, so I dropped the kids off and had Rody put air in my tire. Then I headed back out to get the stuff to make the pretzel things that my mom makes. She gave me a little taste today, and I wanted them bad after that haha. I got everything I needed at Aldi. ON my way home I saw this baby cradle on the side of the road, I figured Peyton would want it for her baby. She was so excited about it, she sure loves her babies, just like Aunt Missy when she was a kid.
Isaac helped make the "smooches" (that's what we are calling them). He was such a big help. We had a race to see who could get their whole bag of kisses opened first. Isaac won.
My mom called and asked if she could get Peyton and take her to Hailey's Choir concert. I went through the McDonalds drive through to get a ice tea and a free Carmel Frappe for Isaac and my mom called, her and Peyton were at the same McDonalds parked, watching me in the drive through haha.
Mom came over and Rody put a protector on her apple watch while we visited for a few min.
After she left I started making dinner. After I got it in the oven, I took some smooches over to Misty, and to a friend from church who always drops goodies off to me, Kim. They were both happy and said they were yummy. Thanks mom for teaching me such an amazing easy treat!
We watched the Chosen Christmas episode tonight. It was AMAZING! I loved all the worshipful Christmas music. The whole thing was so good. It was so touching I cried. I got the kids to bed and was talking to mom on the phone, came in the living room and found Lucy like this, all she wants to do lately is sleep.
Here is Leon Day 12: When ya gotta go, ya gotta go. haha Even he thinks he stinks!
Wow, Isaac did a great job helping. I could have used a good helper like that and a fast unwrapped.
ReplyDeleteThose are two jobs I would never want. Kenzie did a great job. You always did too, but I am glad you don't have to do it anymore.
